Tell us something about these experiences?
These experiences, between wines and food, come from my passion for the research of local and quality products. I love doing grocery shopping, getting freshly baked bread, freshly caught fish, meat from my trusted butcher or collecting vegetables from my organic garden, choosing personally the products for my guests. I can't already tell you what you will eat, because everything depends on what I'll find that day. One thing is for sure: all fresh and seasonal products.
Why are these tastings so unique according to you?
I get excited when I discover simple products, but with a special flavor, made with the heart by small local farms, like Salami Napoli without flour and lactose or local cheeses, like mozzarella and Provolone del Monaco.
In these years I visited many wineries, big and small, and I selected some Campania wines of great quality, whose history starts from Roman times.
What's your purpose?
I think if a person comes to Italy, he expects to taste something of truly typical and local. This is my goal!
I can guarantee you that it will be an amazing experience to discover authentic and genuine flavors. I put all my passion into it and I ask you to bring your high spirits!
